There's a lot going on in the land of tritons. It's early bird registration for the third annual relay for life - be sure to sign up you and your friends for only $5 @ www.relayforlife.org/umslmo. The campus's goal is raise $40,000.
Scott Armstead, the coordinator of student support services, stopped by triton talk to discuss some of the various programs and special software that his office can supply. Student support services receives federal grants which allows them to provide all sorts of awesome technological services such as enlarge the text of books or turn visual textbooks into spoken words. Students that would want to obtain his services would have to register for disability access - room 144 msc. If you need any kind of disability access such as taking test in quiet rooms, longer test, etc. be sure and check out this office!!
